Complaints will be considered and a response sent to the complainant within 20 working days as to the outcome and any action that has been taken to rectify the matter if required. Complainants will be entitled to refer the complaint to the Department of Internal Affairs if they are not satisfied with the investigation conducted by the Foundation.
